I recently downloaded Firefox Ver 30.0.3. Ever since then my computer is acting weird and I keep getting the error invalid security certificate. I am unable to load any web pages.

How do we fix this?

You can update to Firefox 33.1 that has just been released.

It is possible that your security software (firewall, anti-virus) blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.

Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full, unrestricted, access to install for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

My trouble with Firefox is more serious than I thought.

The security certificate is invalid with an unknown issuer.

Also my Firefox is stuck in safe mode.
