Iv already sent off my full question and "DETAILS" but when I confirmed my e-mail address I discouvered that my initial "sentence" was incomplete. Here is a COPY&PASTE of the original sentence to complement and explain the "DETAILS". I have downloaded thunderbird to supersede MS outlook as the conduit from my website and, until later in the autumn, im still handling my e-mails thru MS outlook but when i enter thunderbird there is a list of every e-mail that iv already dealt with that gets downloaded and i cant find anywhere to click delete them all in one action.
