I have Students that each have their own Log on Credentials using Windows 7 PC's on the Network. We have a set of established Bookmarks we want all Students to use via Mozilla. But we have to have the Students import the Bookmarks manually. What we would like to do is push the Bookmarks for all Users using Mozilla.

How?

Thank you.

Hello,

If your students need to apply the bookmarks manually, you can export bookmarks to an HTML file, and have them import that HTML file (Note: this will cause it to append the bookmarks to their existing list).

  1. Click the Bookmarks button Bookmarks-29 and select Show All Bookmarks.
  2. At the top of the Library window, click on Import and Backup and select Export Bookmarks to HTML.
  3. Your students can click on Import and Backup and select Import Bookmarks from HTML.

If you can, take a public storage area, save the bookmarks in a HTML file there. Then, on all other computers place a bookmark to this file. The bonus of this would be, if the file needs to be updated, you only have to update one master file.
