Win 7 Pro. Firefox 33.1.1 Latest version does not allow Recently Closed Tabs in History section to be restored. All options except Show all History and Clear Recent History are inactive. Show All History works fine.

I would like to recommend you to reset your FF browser cuz i think your issue is from Update from old Version of newer !

before you reset your Browser please do back-up from your Data and History(s) = Create an Synce-Account

After Synchronisation you able to reset your Browser

writte on Search-Bar (above of your Browser) => about:support

here you can reset your Browser and after reseting you should log in with your Synce-Account on your Brwoser to restore your Historis

Thanks. I think I resolved the problem as follows: I opened: Tools-Options-Privacy and under History, I changed to "Remember History". I then closed Firefox and re-started. At that point, the History section tabs were fully restored. I then went back to:Tools-Options-Privacy and under History changed to "Use Custom Settings for History" and under the Settings for that option I made sure that only "cookies" and "cache" were checked. After I restarted, the History tabs are still activated. I have included a .jpg file of the current mode.
