what is the URL for Firefox start page, need to put it into drop down menu.
unable to locate the url address for Mozilla Firefox Start Page to add to my drop down menu of homepage choices, I also called customer service 2x and hung up on me both times.
I am attempting to make Firefox my home page as well as default browser, the browser was easy but finding the https www address is not. please advise. I was using Chrome as browser but am in the process of deleting all previous due to malware.

hello, the default homepage in firefox is about:home.
since you have one adrware addon present in firefox as well, i'd recommend to run a full scan of your system with different security tools like the free version of malwarebytes & adwcleaner, which are specialised in adware and browser hijackers.
Purchased and running MWB and multiple clean up s/w. Am in contact with MWB staff and they are working with me. About:home is not an https address. I need to correct the third address below, the first two work fine.

yes, about:home is not a web address but an internal firefox address - you can type it into the address bar like a normal url though...
Note about:home and about:newtab both have search bars on them.
Those and other search options will be controlled by and change whenever you change the Search Engine used by the searchbar
about:home is one of the many about: urls in Firefox as you can see the list of valid urls for that version in about:about
about:home has been the default homepage since Firefox 4.0 as before it was the old www.google.com/firefox
Mozilla does not do phone support if that is who you tried to call.
