I've downloaded Mozilla firefox onto my 64bit win 8.1 HP touchscreen ENVY & it won't open (not responding) I've attempted safe mode (not responding) I've tried uninstall, re-install older version & update (not responding) I've attempted refresh preferences (not that any were set - still not responding) I've checked that my software is completely up to date & deleted & re-installed Shockwave Flash Player (latest version) I've searched "%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports\submitted" but there are no crash reports as it's simply hanging before first load. I'm currently using chrome as I can't get Firefox to function on this machine. Thanks
