I have updated Adobe Flash player twice. I'm still unable to view videos and am even having trouble with simple web pages where advertising us using flash. I got to the second step in your help page of "Adobe Flash plugin has crashed - Prevent it from happening again" but was unable to right click on the Adobe link to "Disable hardware acceleration in Flash". Please help.

Here's alternate instructions:

  1. Click here.
  2. Right click the red Flash Player logo (looks like an "F")
  3. Click "Settings." A settings box will pop up.
  4. Make sure that you are on the first tab of the settings box.
  5. Uncheck "Enable hardware acceleration".
  6. Click the "Close" button.
