Computer crashed and lost apps when recovered I reinstalled mozilla but lost my bookmarks. How can I recover them. I tried the help suggestions but still couldn't located bookmarks before crash. Using windows 8.1 on PC. I was able to save my files and folders. Thank you

Hi, first open bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks > Import and Backup >Restore, and see if you have a backup there.

If not, please see - Profiles - Where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data.

And Recovering important data from an old profile.

You can check if you have a c:\Windows.old folder.

You can use this button to go to the currently used Firefox profile folder:

The "AppData" folder in Windows Vista and later Window 7+ versions and the "Application Data" folder in XP/Win2K are hidden folders.
