After losing my C drive and therefor the registry, I had to re-install Thunderbird. I place applications on my D: drive, and installed Thunderbird in the same folder it had been in before. Now I am trying to get it to recognize the local files in that folder. It looks like they have file types like .sbd, .msf, Eudora., and so forth. I've played with profiles, and had no luck getting Thunderbird to recognize those files.

What am I missing in this picture?
