Where is the process breaking down? For example, they may be a link or button to retrieve the statement and display it on screen or in a pop-up window. Does that step work?

Many financial institutions use PDF documents for statements to preserve the layout. Can you tell whether that is the case for your card issuer? Usually you would get the best results printing a PDF if you use the PDF viewer's separate print button (commonly on a toolbar in the tab instead of Firefox's regular toolbar/menu).

If you are not getting good results printing through Firefox's built-in viewer, you can try using the plugin supplied with Adobe Reader. Your "More System Details" next to your post doesn't show that the plugin is activated. Do you have Adobe Reader or another PDF viewer? If you haven't updated Adobe Reader for a while, try using its Help menu to Check for Updates so you don't have such an old plugin that Firefox refuses to use it.

Any luck?
