Try to update Flashplayer cuz all my sites are not working. I download update open,run and then nothing thats as far as it goes...Norton says everythings OK...

Some apps and site just recently wont open and tells me that Im running an out dated version of Adobe flahplayer and to update. Its happening almost to all my game sites now...I go to update and it saves file and I open to run and Norton says everythings OK but thats as far as it goes....nothing opens or starts the downoad

It seems that you have 2 different Flash Player plugins. Shockwave Flash 17.0 r0 Shockwave Flash 11.5 r502

Probably the best thing to do is to uninstall all versions of Flash, then install the latest version.

First, grab the Adobe uninstaller from here: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

Then download the latest Flash Plugin version from here: Select Plugin-based browsers - the EXE version. https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html

Run the Flash uninstaller program, then reboot your PC. Then install the Plugin version of Flash. So you'll have a clean installation of Flash for Firefox.
