Latest version of thunderbird (38) causes rotate buttons malfunction in standard windows picture viewer while you view attachment from inbox. Previoius versions works great. Checked on many setups, windows 8.1.

Found it, need to change «browser.helperApps.deleteTempFileOnExit» set to «False» This don't set read only flag in viewed temp file.
