First, a box shows up saying "XMarks - Almost done" and has an "X" to allow user to close it. Then, if computer sits idle for any length of time, another box shows up saying "Log In To Xmarks", but has nothing in it and cannot be closed. This seems like more of a virus than a Firefox pop-up, but wondering if anyone else has run into it or if Mozilla is aware of it and how to fix it. Have run several anti-virus programs to delete, but nothing has worked. Have even reset Firefox. Help, please.

Hi

I recommend that you contact the extension developers through the means provided at the homepage for that add-on in the Mozilla Add-ons site.

They are likely to give you more detailed guidance and are the only ones who can fix bugs or make necessary adjustments in the add-on for new Firefox versions.

I hope this helps, but if not please come back here and we can look into a different solution for you.
