Why did I get the error "Thunderbird failed to find the settings for your account"?
I entered the same data (name, email address, password) that worked fine for my work computer, iPhone and iPad to set up Thunderbird on my new Windows 10 computer. I received the message "Thunderbird failed to find the settings for your account." What should I do?

The quote is precise. A screen shot would reveal my name and email address, which I prefer not to do.
Most people would simply blur or obliterate sensitive data in the image.
Have you tried manually entering the settings you know to work?
What anti-virus etc do you have on the Windows machine that isn't on your iThings and other computers?
Apparently this is error is from autoconfig. You might try with Windows 10 started in safe mode
