I recently re-installed my operating system due to which I had to freshly re-install Thunderbird. Before the OS uninstallation/re-installation I had made sure to export all my important e-mails from Thunderbird and saved them to a back-up hard drive. But I forgot to save all the e-mail addresses on my address book. But many of them are on one of the saved e-mails in the Bcc section of the e-mail (it being a multiple recipient e-mail to undisclosed recipients). Is there a way I can import them to my new Thunderbird address book? Thanks.

Clicking the star right next to each email address in the header pane will add them to the Personal Address Book.
