Every time I log into one particular site it asks if I want so save and I answer yes. It then shows in my saved password multiple times but still asks again.

It is possible that the website is using multiple servers for load balancing and that you hit a different server every time. In such a case it might not be possible to save the login information reliably in the Password Manager and you may have to use a copy and paste if you do not want to type the user name and password every time.

You can check that in the link of the web page. You can also try the Saved Password Editor extension.
