Our web host suggested we move all INBOX emails to offline folders to not exceed our 5GB space on their server. Within Thunderbird we did this on two computers. We quit the program, restarted the computers. Only one of computers can send/receive. The other can only send. Web host support is online only - 24 hour wait. Any ideas for what else to try?
