Two pop e-mail accounts hosted by my ISP will not receive. 2 accounts hosted elsewhere being received ok. ISP keeps pointing to Thunderbird even though it works with other host. All worked fine Friday, 8/26 but has not worked since.

Already had checked the FAQ. I've gone over my settings with the ISP tech support folks. Not only did this problem begin suddenly, but it has affected two separate computers in my home - one running the recently updated Win10 and the other not yet updated.
