Hello,

I just can't open Firefox. Every time I try, it won't, and displays an error. I try opening it on Safe Mode, but nothing happens. I have already deleted everything about Mozilla on my computer for a clean start, but nothing. Still won't open.

This is the last crash report: Crash ID: bp-649cd4db-6875-4529-be9a-3b38e2160913

Please help!

hi apeniche, thanks for providing a crash report id. we have seen quite a number of similar reports about this issue in the last hours and this issue is likely caused by your symantec security software that is hooking into firefox (probably through a program/signature update done by them). other users reported that updating firefox in this situation helped with the crashes. you can download & install the latest firefox from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ https://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-48.0.2-sha1&os=win&lang=es-ES
