Hi,

Firefox gives me "Unable to connect" error when i try to access a website. It gives the 'i' symbol next to the web address and does not give an option to add exception. Tried to add the website manually to the exceptions list and it is not letting me either as shown in the screen shot. Please let me know how i can get this issue fixed.

Could you please check your system for malware (just in-case) https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-caused-malware Please keep a copy of the logs if something is found you will need them on anti-malware forum of your choice. Note : Post in 1 forum only.

Reason it does not seem like a reasonable url in the jpeg, also it is nice to know your clean and helps us out.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
