In Nielsen MediaView I was always able to right mouse click over a generated image to copy it. It doesn't work with Firefox. Is there a setting I need to do to enable that feature. It does work in this note, however. It is NOT my mouse.

Is the right mouse not working in Firefox at all or just the website?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Try to use "Tools -> Page Info -> Media" to save the image if you can't do it on the web page.

You can try to set these pref to false on the about:config page.

  • dom.event.contextmenu.enabled = false
  • dom.event.clipboardevents.enabled = false

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I accept the risk!" to continue.
