Where does FireFox Quantum store the tabs that are open? How would one move all of the tabs in a session to a new PC?

Session restore/management is no longer there from what I can see. What if Quantum crashes or forgets the tabs that were open? I have 800 tabs open in my browser! Also how would I move all of those tabs to a new PC when I get one?

The new browser is super fast and greatly appreciated. Just need to understand tab management better.

Thanks.

hi, your tabs will be stored in a sessionstore.jsonlz4 file within your profile folder after firefox is closed. it should be possible to transfer that to another profile/machine...

the whole sessionstore mechanism is also getting explained in more detail at https://dutherenverseauborddelatable.wordpress.com/2014/06/26/firefox-the-browser-that-has-your-backup/
