Hi, I'm terrified because with the automatic update to Mozilla Quantum I lost many very important bookmarks from "Speed-Dial" add-on ? How can I get it back ?

I had many (~40) customized speed-dial tabs (with 5 x 6 rows) and each tabs was sorted out by different subjects where I saved many important sites to me. it was this lila colour speed-dial 4x4 block icon add-on/extension.

Now, since the new update killed all the sites/tabs - the new mozilla also did not remember saved passwords. I need to get my old speed-dial because I can't work and study without them. I had such an easy access to all well sorted sites, now I'm really worried. How can I roll it back. Do I have the chance with restoring my PC to previous time point ? Do you have a sollution ?
