Open New Window when specific set of pages is configured (Feature Request)
I migrated from Chrome.
With Chrome configured to open a specific set of pages at startup, the first instance opens those pages, and thereafter, any new window will only open a single tab.
With firefox (57.0.3), any new window will open the specific set of pages everytime.
I'm not asking for a work around, this is a feature request to add an option where firefox will open the specific set of pages for the first instance only, and a blank tab for any subsequent new windows thereafter until firefox is completely closed out.

Because you already know the workaround?
In case anyone else reading doesn't know the workaround:
A new window always opens with all the pages as set as your home pages. As a possible workaround if you do not want to reset your home pages you can use a bookmark on the Bookmarks Toolbar that has the location set to about:blank and open this page in a new window with Shift and left-click.
You can set the startup page(s) by adding then to the target line in the desktop shortcut. Use a CMD file with the start command if you exceed the maximum length for the target field.
