PDF viewer unable to display certain PDFs

I'm on version 58.0.2 (64-bit) on Windows. The internal PDF viewer is unable to display certain PDFs. The console displays the below error message. The problem PDF itself is attached.

Can you provide the screenshot of the error as well? And what do you mean certain pdfs? That is so vague no one will know where those pdf are coming from?
