I am sorry with the ever changing browsers and versions (which you do not state but say all) this is impossible for Firefox Volunteer Support to provide. There are references for below Quantum based 57+ browsers on google. Which will not matter by June as all Firefox Browsers will be based on Quantum.

You are asking support for Development information. This is the wrong place for that.

Please mark this as Solved with this Solution, Thank You.

What kind of machine still runs IE 7? I do not think anyone's credit card should be put near that system!!

Anyway, a good site for discussing Microsoft development technologies would be Microsoft's forums.

No browsers other than Internet Explorer have ever supported ActiveX. For more information, checkout our legacy article on ActiveX.

Microsoft has also dropped support for ActiveX in their Edge browser.

To write something that will work in Firefox and most other browsers, we recommend start with the Mozilla Web Developer Community.

We hope you get your application running soon. :)
