I have done all of the diagnostics with the Print - Shrink to fit - etc. Changed fonts. All of it and I can't get anything using Firefox browser to print properly. It is not the printer as everything works with Internet Explorer. Problem is only with Firefox.

I have been thru all the printer settings and nothing changes. When I print preview, it shows up in a long narrow page. When I print, it prints about 10 times the size on multiple pages. I don't have any problem with internet explorer and the problem with Firefox just started about 7-10 days ago. Never had a problem before. HELP. This computer is with Windows 7.

Did you reset all the printer settings in Firefox? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-printing-problems-firefox#w_reset-all-firefox-printer-settings

Narrow printing usually had to do with Margin settings, and text size is usually the Scale which is selected.

Otherwise please provide a screenshot of the Print Preview window/ See this support article. How do I create a screenshot of my problem? It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.
