A "add-on" called Bitdefender but has nothing to do with the real Bitdefender now obliterates the upper part of Firefox. A new installation of Firefox does not help. It is still there. It shows as Bitdefender /Devicarus when you look for add-ons in Firefox.

Note: Windows users should download the ActiveX for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the ActiveX.

I just want to clean the Firefox display, not to change my otherwise working system. I've written software in DOS, Pascal, Assembler, for HP. but the Microsoft Bullshit (unknown error) is above my head.
