After closing that I again try to open Firefox and same Mozilla Crash Reporter shows up again. I can't open Firefox. My Crash ID is bp-b4b6e4e0-08a1-4644-94b6-0202f0180921 . HI, crash reason : mozilla::dom::TouchEvent::PlatformSupportsTouch Which is actually crashing Windows ntdll.dll
You should be able to Search in WIn10 for Event Viewer and find more info when compare to the time/date.
So this has touch device if so disable it or find newer drivers or reinstall it.
It also shows low memory available which is another issue that leads to crashing. Turn off in Win10 everything you do not use by going into System and go through each setting on every topic. If so not use it do not run it. Maps, use Google instead. Also Stop everything you do not need from running at boot up in the System Tray. If do not use, it do not have it start at boot if when want to use it you can click it's icon from Start.
Go into Task Manager and find out what is running behind the scenes you do not need like adobe, or paint programs or what ever that you can just click on it's icon and it will start from there.
As you did not supply any information when you made this question when you could have, please reinstall or update your Video Card Drivers as well, Check if you really need that Firefox Extension as everything uses ram like Windows 10 Tiles. If do not need them get rid of them and use the start menu.
Check Settings --> System --> About to make sure your running the latest version of Windows 1803 as next Windows 10 update is just weeks away. If not running ver 1803, Update :

fyi : When you send a crash report it does not come to Support or is it associated to you in anyway.
So the issue is your touch device and not Firefox as the main issue so there really is no reason to uninstall it.
