Firefox shows the home pages as set in "Options/Preferences -> Home" when you start Firefox. Make sure that "Restore Previous Session" in "Options/Preferences -> General -> Startup" doesn't have a checkmark.

Firefox supports multiple home pages separated by '|' (pipe) symbols.
