I have a button link to whatsapp into my website, but when I click on it appears following error : The address wasn’t understood Firefox doesn’t know how to open this address, because one of the following protocols (whatsapp) isn’t associated with any program or is not allowed in this context.

You might need to install other software to open this address.

There is no problem when I try same in other web browsers.

Thank you for your support!.

Hi Rodri.informatico, unfortunately, you are at the mercy of the user's browser with non-standard protocols. Hopefully it works on mobile. On desktop, your users probably need to make a settings change if Firefox doesn't immediately recognize the protocol from a previously installed program. I can't recall any threads on the whatapp:// protocol, but perhaps it would work similarly to a magnet:// link for a torrent??

Hi ka.ott, you shouldn't need any external program to play YouTube videos. Could you start a new thread:
