I lost my 2FA device, logged out. Don't have recovery CODE but have recovery KEY. How do I log back in?

I don't have the recovery CODEs from my authenticator app or never downloaded it. I only have recovery KEY.

Using the KEY I can reset the password - but every time I try to login - it forces me to use a recovery CODE which I don't have.

Upon reading the forums - I understand that I will have to recreate another account with a new email address. I don't want to use another email. I don't mind losing all the data saved in sync - is there a way to request to delete my account email? And I can recreate it fresh from start?

Thanks,

--Akbar

If you can't access the settings page after a password reset to disable two-factor authentication or delete the account then it isn't possible to reuse this email address.

In case of issues try to log in to the Firefox Account via this website.
