Control notifications in Firefox for Android does not have an option as described in help. Twitter pages pop vibrate notification every few minutes. Is there an option in about or Android settings to disable notification requests from Twitter?

Use about:config to set dom.vibrator.enabled to false. This will completely disable the ability for sites to vibrate the phone.
