While I was looking at something that I am working on at the moment I noticed that this was trying to run I've cut the message list, SEE BELOW
Is this a legitimate script to be trying to run in my browser?
Thanks in advance...

It looks like an add-on but I could not identify it.
Type about:support<enter> in the address bar.
Under the page logo on the left side, you will see Application Basics. Under this find Profile Folder. To its right press the button Show Folder. This will open your file browser to the current Firefox profile.
Look for a file or folder using those numbers.
