Buon pomeriggio a tutti, ho cercato nei forum ma non sono riuscita a trovare la soluzione al mio problema che vi espongo di seguito. Si tratta di un problema di ora di ricezione di mail, usando thunderbird. Ricevo delle mail, solo per alcuni mittenti, che su server risultano con l'ora di ricezione corretta (ad. es. 10:45 A.M.), mentre su thunderbird, che scarica in IMAP, risulta come ora di ricezione, ad es. 00:00. Ripeto che questa cosa avviene solo con alcuni mittenti, non in maniera sistematica. Ho cercato tra le configurazioni d'ora di Thunderbird e mi sembra tutto configurato correttamente. Attendo vostre. Good afternoon everybody, I searched the forums but I was unable to find the solution to my problem which I explain below. This is an issue of time of reception of mails, using thunderbird. I receive emails, only for some senders, which on the server are with the correct reception time (e.g. 10:45 A.M.), while on thunderbird, which downloads in IMAP, it results as reception time, e.g. 0:00. I repeat that this only happens with some senders, not in a systematic way. I have searched the Thunderbird configurations now and it seems to me all configured correctly. I await yours. Thank you
TB takes the date from the Date header, which can often be wrong, depending on the sender's email client. The best option is to follow the advice here for the Received header, and display that column in the Threads Pane.
Buongiorno, purtroppo non ho ancora risolto il problema segnalato qualche settimana fa. Come faccio a capire se il problema è del mittente che invia il messaggio oppure dal mio thunderbird, leggendo l'intestazione completa della mail? Attendo vostre. Grazie
