Thunderbird 78.5.1 on Mac OS Big Sur 11.0.1.

Email does not display correctly from one particular sender (perks@venngo.com). It is email in html format and simply displays empty boxes for the main html remote content box (link to web site). Text below the undisplayed portion displays correctly with its html links embedded. HTML URL that does not display begins with: http://tracking.venngo.com/tracking/

Sending address is in my Contacts and is not identified as Junk. HTML in question displays correctly and can be clicked when email accessed and opened in web browser.

No message that "To protect your privacy, Thunderbird has blocked remote content in this message." nor Preferences button provided to make changes to what is displayed. (Message and button provided on other emails with remote content)

Is there a way to have Thunderbird display the HTML portion from this sender as intended and have it provide the message and Preferences button?

try clicking the link and see what is displayed. In Firefox I see nothing.

I did not bother posting full URL as it is very long and does correctly open when pasted into browser - thought the display problem might be something to do with the URL potentially also tracking access based on "tracking" in its name?
