I replaced my craptop with a pc. Part of my process included creating a bookmark html file from the craptop which I'd hoped to import into my pc. Problem is I do not see a way, how, etc. to import that bookmark html file into the pc firefox browser.

Thanks

From the menubar, Bookmarks > Open All Bookmarks, from the hamburger Library > Bookmarks (ctl+shft+o) then the rightmost menu item at the top "Import and Backup" > Dropdown. "Import Bookmarks from HTML" allows you to navigate to a file. How you create a connection between the two devices depends on the networking software available to you. Otherwise, you could use a usb stick to copy from one to the other.
