I don't think your Firefox is loading this style sheet, or it is not applying it for some reason. This is the rule set that creates the multi-column floated layout, forces the text in the sidebar headers to upper case, and so on:

https://www.spigotmc.org/css.php?css=action_filter_row,login_bar,moderator_bar,nat_public_css,rating,resource_list&style=16&dir=LTR&d=1621764520

In case an older version is being used from cache, have you tried clearing Firefox's web cache: How to clear the Firefox cache.
