So whenever I am skipping a video on Youtube (e.g. forward or backward) then for a split second the audio jumps up really high or glitches. This "bug" is especially noticeable when I spam click on the seekbar on the same timeline.

This doesn't happen on Chrome and also doesn't happen on a local video player like VLC.

Also tested this in Private Mode without plugins and this bug still occurs.

One thing I noticed is that this bug happens with my bluetooth speaker on Firefox. This doesn't happen with a cabled headphone.
