I have the exact same issue. Worked for years until 3-4 weeks ago. Works fine with Edge.

I copied the URL from EDGE to successfully login with Firefox.

Well you go to the page and put in your information and when you click login nothing happens.The button blinks like you are clicking on it but nothing happens. No error or anything.

It has worked fine for 5+ years. I have cleared all content. I have now discovered that when I do a new install in a brand new Win 11 virtual machine it works, so I guess the next step is to completely uninstall and try to install fresh.
