I was browsing without any problem when suddenly just firefox on my PC stops being able to load any pages. I tried clearing the startup cache and it managed to work once but when I checked firefox to install the latest version, the problem returned. Now even the version check is in infinite loading. Troubleshooting mode is the same, so it is not addon related. When I close firefox, the process lingers on the task manager for a while until it gives the firefox has crashed window. Even that seems to have a difficulty in sending its error report Is there any way to deal with this? I do not want to use the refresh firefox option cause its sounds like it will remove my add-ons
