Is there a way to set the CC and BCC fields active by default in the message-window?

Right now we can type in the address field, and if we want to add a CC, we can use SHIFT + CTRL + C for example, to activate the CC input field. Can't we set a preference that will always set the CC and/or BCC field active when drafting an e-mail?

In the Copies & Folders section of Account Settings, check the Cc and Bcc boxes and leave them empty (see picture).

I see there has been a lot of debate about this and every one of the proponents of the modern way fail to see a workflow that many people have: tab through your inputs. I have a permanent pain in my arm from using the mouse too much so people telling me 'you can just click this and that' don't understand how annoying that is to some people. I feel thunderbird should offer the 'three row' method at least as an option, since it just fits many people's workflow better.

Great! Superb we can set it on a per-account basis. I love thunderbird.
