Hi, I haven't use Firefox on my PC (windows 10) for a while, and sometime I use it on my Android device. Today I 've opened it and got the 97 version update, but the Sync for bookmark is not working. I 've checked the Firefox app on my Android device, and still see all the bookmarks. After a few time hitting "sync button" on both devices, now they are all gone! I read somewhere the Sync function is not intended to be Backup, but I had experience in the past while reinstalling Firefox, or even reinstalling OS, the Sync still works well. So what could be the problem now? Are there any way to recover my bookmarks, from my PC or Android device or even they could be saved somewhere in the cloud? Thanks in advance.

hii daolegiang93,

Firstly you should sign in previous email .

See if you have an older profile available. Type about:profiles in the address bar and press enter.

If you have an older profile, open the Root Directory folder. Your bookmark backups are stored there in the bookmarkbackups folder.

Thank you Arman

Hi Arman, Thanks for the answer, but it seem doesn't work. The problem is I might not sync data on the Firefox PC for a long time, now it got updated and the bookmark backups folder doesn't work as well. But I still can reach the bookmarks at Android device, until using "Sync" function on both of them. Regards,
