How do I sync between to laptops? I would like to sync my settings and bookmarks. QR code generation is ridiculous. I do not want firefox on my phone.

Many Thanks,

You merely need to connect to the Sync account on each device using the email address and password. The QR code is used to install Firefox on the mobile device.

You need to change the password to remove the sync and create a new password to update the sync to the devices you want to use.

no, you do not need to make change/create a new password. The OP just wants to know how to sync between two different devices with desktop Firefox.

something like that yes. I logged into both computers. It clearly shows both my devices logged in. However the sync of my settings is not happening. and yes I have the "settings" option toggled for syncing.
