Help/More Troubleshooting, Profile Folder, Open Folder (Open Directory), close TB, open the Mail folder and copy the Local Folders subfolder to the USB drive.

The importexport addon does this easily and offers several options on format.

Thank you for your reply. When I go into import/export under tools, it brings up the profile. Under mail it opens local folders, but these are only unsent messages and trash, not storage local folders I have created. Then it gives a choice of apps to open for example, unsent mail, but none of them work or they bring up stuff I can't understand! Regards - John

First, highlight the folder you want to export. Then, click the importexport item. That menu gives several options. I did not say use tools>export. I referred to the importexport addon. That's the one to use.
