I had to change my password with my e mail server provider and that caused a glitch in Thunderbird so that I was not receiving new emails. My server provider (Optimum) helped and got my Inbox to completely reload and I am now receiving new e mails. However, my sent File and my personal sub folders did not reload. Optimum checked and said my configuration was correct and that there must be a bug in the Thunderbird application which is preventing me from reloading my Sent File and Personal Folders and that they could not help further and that I needed to contact Thunderbird.

I suggest you highlight the account in left sidebar, rightclick, and click 'subscribe' to see if all folders are being referenced.
