TB 128 - pop up notification is in dark theme (white and grey text on black background) even though selected TB theme is light and appeared as light in TB 115. Is there a way to fix it - or is it a bug?

V128 uses the operating system notifications, which will follow the operating system theme.

Windows 10 and 11 default to a dark theme.
