As the title says, on the NEC LAVIE Tab T11 11QHD2, a tablet device, the UI for tablets does not appear, and instead the UI for smartphones is forcibly displayed. The screen size is 11.2 inches, which is not the size that would allow for a smartphone UI. This is a very frustrating bug, so please fix it.

  • We have found a serious bug where the official support site does not work when the set language is Japanese, and when you try to send a request, you are returned to the initial screen, and are sent round in circles forever without ever reaching the request submission screen.

This bug does not occur when the set language is English, but it is a serious bug so please fix this as well.
