I can manage search engines assocated with the Search bar. Entering similar keywords in the navigation bar opens a default search engine (unless it's something that resolves to an URL, either explicitly or through a suggestion list). Some of my computers open Google and others open Bing even though the search bar specifies Google. How to I configure searches on the nav bar?

The search engine that is selected has nothing to do with Location bar searches. See this: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Keyword.url
