When trying to go through the stages on How to find my Profile it says to click on the Help menu and select Troubleshooting Information.... The Troubleshooting Information tab will open. But when I click on the Help menu there is NO Troubleshooting Info tab so I can't go any further.

Which version of Firefox are you using? See Find what version of Firefox you are using. The Troubleshooting info page was added in Firefox 3.6.

In any case, if you go to the Profiles - Where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data article, it tells you how to find your profile in previous versions
